White Orchid Psychiatry PLLC serves professionals in the Lakeway area who have reached a point where their lives appear successful on the surface, yet something underneath feels strained or unsustainable. As a psychiatrist, I work with individuals experiencing burnout, anxiety, and the emotional cost of high achievement. In our work together, we look beyond symptoms to understand the deeper patterns that shape both accomplishment and distress. I offer a thoughtful, psychodynamic approach—combining insight-oriented therapy with the careful use of medication when appropriate—to help you cultivate a more grounded, authentic sense of balance in your life and work.

White Orchid Psychiatry PLLC provides a space where driven individuals can slow down and explore what lies beneath the demands of their professional lives. I specialize in helping adults navigate depression, anxiety, OCD, OCPD, and life-stage transitions through a depth-oriented lens. Rather than offering quick fixes, I focus on helping you understand how your early experiences and internal patterns influence your present-day challenges. This approach leads to lasting insight and meaningful change, allowing you to not only maintain your career but truly thrive in it.

My Approach

Our sessions are a space to slow down and reflect—somewhere you don’t have to perform, fix, or problem-solve. Many of my patients are high-achieving professionals who struggle with burnout, performance anxiety, or a constant drive to keep doing more. Together, we’ll explore how long-standing patterns influence your relationships, leadership style, and emotional well-being. This deeper work helps relieve stress and anxiety while supporting sustainable success. Over time, many professionals find that treatment not only restores balance, but also changes how they approach their careers, relationships, and overall sense of fulfillment.

As a psychiatrist for professionals in Lakeway, I view treatment as a collaborative process—one that integrates both mind and biology. While psychiatric medication can be a valuable tool for managing anxiety, insomnia, or burnout, true and lasting progress often comes from understanding the psychological forces that shape how you think, feel, and respond under pressure. My approach combines medical expertise with psychodynamic therapy to help professionals navigate high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism, and emotional fatigue. The goal is lasting growth—a more grounded, confident, and sustainable way of living and working.

Initial Evaluation - $425

Before your initial visit, you’ll complete some paperwork that covers your history and background. This allows me to gather much of the information I need ahead of time, so that during our session you have the floor. Our time together will focus on your story—what you’re experiencing now, what feels most important to you, and what you hope to gain from treatment. The session is meant to be a conversation, not a checklist, and my role is to listen carefully and begin to understand you as a whole person. From there, we’ll start outlining a plan that feels supportive and tailored to your needs.

Follow-up sessions - $225

Follow-up visits are designed to give us regular time to check in on how you’re doing and to continue the work we began in your initial session. These appointments provide a space for ongoing reflection, discussion of progress, and support through any challenges that arise. We’ll review how you’ve been feeling, explore what’s working well, and make thoughtful adjustments to your treatment plan as needed. The goal of each follow-up is to ensure that your care continues to feel personalized, effective, and aligned with your needs.
